Training Plans

The program is based on a winter / summer season working around school holidays.

JUNE JULY 2017 PLAN – 12 week on court program covering all the game situations and varying defending / rallying / attacking . Technical coaching is taught to help execute certain patterns / tactics.

Strength & Conditioning is based around bodyweight exercises, movement fundamentals & SAQ based drills.
