1hr fitness session to help improve speed, agility & quickness. This session uses hurdles, ladders, resistance harness’s, medicine balls & dyna bands to get you quick and strong. The session starts with dynamic stretching & running mechanics specific to tennis. It then moves into agility & strength challenges to help you move around the court efficiently.
