Strength & Conditioning is important to help give you longevity in tennis . Classes are based for all abilities and are a short 30min class to help you train your muscles and ensure you are strong in body and mind.
Steroptypically strength classes are seen as lifting big weights but this is not the case . Instead we use resistance bands, balance boards and simple body weight exercises to help you feel fit and ready for a game.
