We are currently working on expanding strength & conditioning for winter 18-19 fro Juniors and adults. Strength & conditioning (S & C) is important for all athletes of any age in accordance to long term athlete development. Whether you are a mini tennis athlete learning c0-ordination, a young adult developing strength or a senior player wanting to prevent injury S & C is vital for everyone.
SAQ Fitness (Speed, agility quickness)
1hr fitness session to help improve speed and agility. This session uses hurdles, ladders, resistance harnesses, medicine balls & dyna bands to get you quick and strong. The session starts with dynamic stretching & running mechanics specific to tennis. It then moves into agility & strength challenges to help you move around the court efficiently.Monday & Tuesday 6:30 – 7:15 aimed at 10-14 years old
